Alongside BetterSource, Lincoln County was able to smoothly transition to a self-funded health plan. By effectively managing their plan, the county slashed costs while improving the quality of care their employees.
Lincoln county has seen many benefits since switching, including better quality care and drastic cost reductions for employees. The biggest payoff so far was a $181,346 plan refund to the county in their second year.
